Yıldızeli–Sivas–Zara and Sivas–Ulaş Roads

Project includes the reconstruction of the road infrastructure and superstructure, a coating of bituminous hot mixture, the addition of two lanes to the Sivas Ring Road to improve its physical and geometric standards.
