The Southern Al-Mutlaa Project is one of Kuwait’s mega projects. With a budget of 288 million, it is also one of the largest projects initiated by the Public Authority for Housing Welfare. The purpose of this project is to develop new living spaces outside the Kuwait City. The Southern Al-Mutlaa Project is among the projects initiated for this purpose. The project area is 40 kilometers from Kuwait City and covers a 20-kilometer-long and nine-kilometer-wide territory. The contract covers the Construction, Completion and Maintenance Works for the Main Roads and Infrastructure Networks in the South Al-Mutlaa City Project.
The project consists of two sections: Phase-I and Phase-II. It was completed on time.
