Completion of Artvin–Erzurum State Road, Construction of Ortaköy Viaduct and Ortaköy Provincial Road

The project included the construction of a total of 8,350-meter road (a 5,850-meter state road and a 2,500-meter provincial road) and a total of 615-meter bridge (balanced cantilever viaducts and a bridge) as well as the subsequent excavation-filling, highway tunnel, cut-and-cover tunnel, sub-base, foundation, rubble stone walls works.
