Renovation of İncirlik Air Base Phantom Family Residences

The Renovation of İncirlik Air Base Phantom Family Residences project includes the preparation of 235 residences in the Phantom residential area (with a total indoor area of 35,000 square meters), construction and gradual completion of all renovation works. Renovation works include overall interior and exterior modernization works, renovation works, the conversion of two-bedroom residences into three- and four-bedroom residences with new partition walls. It also covers an increase to interior living spaces in the residential units. The project also includes the renovation of kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, floor and wall coatings; the maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems and fire protection systems; energy efficiency improvement works; the renovation of patios; and additional landscaping works for sidewalks, infrastructure networks, playgrounds and recreation areas.
